Ask Lenore is an information resource for couples who are expanding their families via adoption, surrogacy, or traditional pregnancy as well as those who are experiencing infertility and/or recurrent miscarriage.
This site was launched in 2004. Originally it consisted of about 20 pages of handouts about breastfeeding and a small message board. The site now consists of about 450 static pages and the boards have over 1,300 members and 14,000 posts.
Asklenore has gone through lots of changes since then — we changed the look of the site while keeping branding consistent. I updated the code and worked with a librarian to structure the menus as the site grew.
